Today will mark my second posting on this blog and I thought I shall introduce you to the bosses of this blog-Mellow and Dew!

Alrighty! We shall start with a little story about Mellow; followed by Dew's in the next post :)
Mellow was the first ever bunny that was brought into the family and my life. She was bought from a pet shop in Singapore. Looking back now, she seemed just like a little miracle; waiting for me to chance upon and enter into my life.
Armed with tons of research information and knowledge, I decided to begin my bunny hunt. I clearly remembered the first time I walked into the store; carrying a strong mindset that I will only be looking for a brown Holland Lop. As I stepped into the store, I was overwhelmed will all the little cuties there, all their eyes sparkled with so much energy and cuteness. However, my will was still as strong and determined like before. I started looking around that little store and finally found "the one". He was with his three other bunny siblings ( Mellow was one of them ) in a cage not very adequate for three. I squinted in joy as I told my Mum, ''A brown bunny, Mummy!! Look at those droopy ears!!'' A shop attendant approached us, introduced us to its character and allowed us to interact with the brown bunny. I left the shop empty handed as I did not want to make an impulsive decision.
Just before the third visit; as if the gods were hinting me, there's some bunny out there that more meant to be; Mr Brown might not be the one. The third time I visited the store, I was introduced to Mellow - the white one with red eyes. Mellow was said to be a tame and gentle rabbit, hugely popular among the shop attendants. My most vivid recollection of Mellow is that she's always munching on something. Taking in all these information, I started paying a little more attention to Mellow. And indeed; after some interactions, she is only bunny that dispense licks and kisses (sweet little ball of fur).
Finally, the last and final visit, the day that I would bring a bunny home; I was still indecisive. Mr Brown, my first love or Mellow, the affectionate rabbit? Eventually, Mellow's sweet and affectionate demure melted my heart. I always believed it was fate, the will of god. He brought us together for some reason and I could never thank him enough for this. The joy, peace and many other more precious moments spent with her made me felt so blessed to have her with me. She is my strength, my love and my everything. I never regret getting her instead of Mr Brown.
A Message To Mellow:
I love you little smelly head! Thank you for being with me through the sad and happy times. I always tell you that you will never know how much I love you. You know words can never be able to express my love towards you. All I want to say is Thank you, I love you and I am lucky to be your Mama! So please stay healthy so we can create much much more precious and happy memories together :)
